The 3,618-square-foot Mediterranean villa boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, an open floor plan for the living and dining rooms, a luxurious master suite with a fireplace, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and a double sink. The outside space is not as big, but it has a small saltwater swimming pool and a cabana.
