Yvette Mimieux started her acting career in the early 60s and signed her first contract with MGM, which she later found out wasn’t what she needed to have success. Her time in the movie Three in The Attic made her a bit popular but not as much as she wanted. It did end up giving her a lot of earnings throughout its airing. But her big break came when she starred in Picasso Summer — her role in this show made her more famous.
