Bryce Dallas Howard – $2.9 Million, Hollywood Hills

We all know Bryce Dallas Howard as the daughter of popular actor Ron Howard. As it turns out, acting is not the only thing that runs in their blood – but having an eye for prime real estate as well. Bryce, along with her hubby Seth Gabel, decided to buy a Mediterranean-style house in 2006 as a starting point of their relationship. The mansion cost the actress and her husband around $2.92 million, and only a few years later, she put the house on the market at a lower price.

Surprisingly, it was sold after a couple of months to the tune of $2.355 million, though the selling price wasn’t enough to cover their spendings on the estate. On the brighter side, they wouldn’t have to worry about mortgages and other financial obligations associated with the property. Bryce and Seth ended up using the money they got from the deal to purchase a new home somewhere else.
