They both agreed to the terms that they would sell off their home, and the proceeds would be divided between the two of them.
As advised by their lawyer, Miranda and Blake’s house was sold for $3 million. The male singer then went on to build a Hawaiian-style gateway for his new lady, Gwen Stefani, using the earned money and the extra cash he got from working in the industry for a couple of years.
