Did you know that John Cena played football in college while getting his degree in exercise physiology? From being a wrestler to dominating the scenes in Hollywood films, there is definitely more to him than meets the eye. Cena first came into the limelight in the movie The Marines in 2006. He later trained to pursue a career in professional wrestling and landed in World Wrestling Entertainment in 2001. As they say, the rest is history.

Cena has always been career-oriented and has previously expressed his disinterest in having children. Despite being child-free, the wrestler has a soft spot for children. In fact, he has granted the most wishes at the Make-A-Wish Foundation, an organization that helps terminally ill children get their lifetime wish. Cena already got his lifetime wish when he married the Canadian beauty Shay Shariatzadeh. The two met while Cena was filming his movie Playing with Fire in Vancouver, Canada. The couple got married in 2020, a year after they started seeing each other.
