He also started drinking juice in the morning, as he didn’t feel like eating breakfast at all. The star usually opted for green juices and cashew milk, eliminating the sugar as much as possible. According to sources, Alec’s choice to drop his sugar had everything to do with taking care of his health. The actor didn’t want to wait till he was pre-diabetic before dropping sugar from his diet and adopting a fitness routine. He didn’t want to shoot insulin, and so he followed a strict meal plan.
