While fans were hopeful about her off-screen relationship with Johnny Galecki, the couple split up in 2009 but chose to remain good friends. Cuoco soon dated and got engaged to John Resnik. She called off the engagement five months later.

The actress was married to tennis player Ryan Sweeting from 2013 to 2015. She gave love another shot when she started dating equestrian Karl Cook in the following year. The couple got engaged in 2017 and tied the knot soon after. They moved into their investment home, and judging from the smile on her face, Kaley must have found the one this time. It certainly sounds like happily ever after!
