Lucy Liu remains single for now, but someone has already caught her heart: her son, Rockwell. Liu had a baby via surrogacy, which raised many eyebrows back then. She played a minor role in Beverly Hills, 90210 as a waitress and made appearances on TV on shows such as The X-Files, ER, and Pearl. Her movie debut was on Jerry Maguire, where she portrayed one of Maguire’s former girlfriends. She later got better roles in films such as Guy, Gridlock’d, and City of Industry.

It was in the TV show Ally McBeal where Liu got her big break. In film, she caught everyone’s attention when she played a dominatrix in Payback. Let’s not forget that she was also part of Shanghai Noon, Charlie’s Angels, and Kill Bill: Volume 1. It can be said that her investment money is being put on her art compositions which have been displayed in several galleries in Los Angeles and New York.
