Matthew Perry got his break in Hollywood when he was cast in the movie A Night In The Life Of Jimmy Reardon together with River Phoenix. You might be surprised to find that Perry wasn’t really considered to be part of the cast of Friends since he was already involved in another program. However, he was able to make to the audition which got him the role of Chandler Bing, and the rest was history. Friends lasted for 10 seasons, during which all six of its stars gained global recognition.

With regards to his personal life, it seems that Perry had a great 2020 after getting engaged to his girlfriend, Molly Hurwitz. He has certainly made some smart investments with real estate, which has also contributed to his growing net worth.
