For one, she has not dated anybody else from Hollywood except her screenwriter husband Winston Beigel. The Big Bang Theory actress, who is known for her role as Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz on the show, has been married to her husband for 14 years after tying the knot in 2007. Throughout their longtime marriage, Rauch was not linked to any of her co-stars, proving that she is a one-man woman.

The couple has been blessed with two kids, daughter Sadie and son Brooks. In 2020, Rauch and Beigel welcomed their baby boy Brooks and used her health insurance to ensure the safe delivery of their child. Despite their fears, the mama braved going to the hospital to give birth as Beigel stayed at home to look out for their daughter Sadie. Rauch thanked her husband for being supportive despite not being by her side during delivery.
