Rashida Jones has been dating Ezra Koenig since 2014. The two met at a party and eventually formed a deeper degree of friendship after a series of friendly dates. In an interview, Jones even said that she does not find it necessary to date someone Jewish. The actress simply got lucky that Koenig fits the bill as he is also Jewish with whom she can connect with. Koenig has been with her every step of the way, including attending fundraising events and Jones’s speakership at Harvard, where she graduated with a degree in 1997.

After two years of dating, reports in 2018 revealed that Jones gave birth to her first child with Koenig. The actress, who was 42 then, named her first son Isaiah. Before Koenig, Jones dated Saturday Night Live comedian Colin Jost, speechwriter Jon Favreau, Charlie Hunnam, and John Krasinski.
